If your deductor does not give you f16A in spite iof several reminders what recourse do you ahve under IT act. Do you report this matter of non compliance to your AO or the deductor's AO.
I am not talking about Form 26AS viewing here.

write to the CIT(TDS) of the deductor, with evidence that he has deducted tax, such as salary slips etc.
