YES My friend, in case of permanent diability an assesse can claim deduction for indefinate number of years..
ONLY CONDITION SPECIFIED BY SEC 80 U IS "WHERE THE CONDITION OF DISABILITY REQUIRES REASSESSMENT, A FRESH CERTIFICATE FROM A DOCTOR SHOULD BE FURNISHED UPON THE EXPIRY OF THE PERIOD SPECIFIED IN THE (ORIGINAL) CERTIFICATE IN ORDER TO CONTINUE CLAIMING DEDUCTION...
