Can sons claim deduction u/s 24 for paying interest on House Loan when the property is in the name of their mother/father?

No...to claim deduction us 24, ownership of the property is required

Does it matter how much percentage of share I have in the property to claim deduction??

Suppose I have only 10% of share in property and I am paying 50% of EMI, can I claim 50% of share in deduction?
