Deduction under section 80D towards central government health scheme

Hello,

Premium paid towards central government health scheme of husband and wife amounting to Rs.51,000.
Husband age is 62 years and wife age is 53 years.
Please suggest whether eligible for deduction under section 80D (husband paid premium and filing his returns of income), if yes how much is he eligible.. please confirm
