I want to known about Deduction of Children allowances under the head of Salary. How much tution fee or children education allowance permissable under the head of salary . Can we claim children education allowance other then Salary Income.

in case of children allowance permissable deduction is Rs. 100 pm per child upto a maximum of 2 children...

Children Education Allownace is allowable for Rs. 100 p.m. for a max. of 2 children.
Also, u/s 80 C, tution fee of children are allowable up to Rs. 1 lac.

I am agree with Mr. Atul Kumar.
Tution fee of Children are allowable upto Rs. 1,00,000 is subject to deduction under section 80 C of the income tax act , 1961
