when we take loan from outside India and we construct a house in India then what deduction we will get? tell me .

You get deduction of interest on loan max upto 200000/- u/s 24(b) & of principal amt u/s 80C max upto 150000/-
Alao interest is allowed only if TDS is properly deducted on it.
