02 March 2012one of my client have 80C deduction rs.100000/- and also there is clubbing of income of minor in which minor have contributed toward ppf rs.4000/- so deduction under 80c will be 104000/- ???? aloowedor restricted to 100000/- only??
plz suggest me ...

The client can only claim exemption u/s.10(32) & cannot avail the benefit of Rs.4,000 contributed by the minor
