can a person claim deduction u/s 80GG for rent paid from income from salary, if his house is under redevelopment ?

if you are not in receipt of hra then you can claim subject to conditions

for claiming deduction under section 80GG the conditions are
1)in the city you don't have any owned house
2)you are not receiving HRA from your company
Since your house is under construction And if you are not receiving HRA from your company you can claim deduction under section 80GG
