Yes, deduction shall be allowed U/s section 80c in respect of, stamp duty, registration fee and other expenses paid for the purpose of transfer of a house property in the name of the assessee

As per Income Tax Act, 1961
80C (2)
(d) stamp duty, registration fee and other expenses for the purpose of transfer of such house property to the assessee
