What is the time limit for filling form 10BA as specified in rule 11B.
There is no limit specified under rule 11 B.
I want to take benefit for F. Y. 12-13 in section 80GG. Clerify

As a precautionary measure file the same before due date of filling ROI.........practically you can file the same latest by completion of regular assessment

hi saurabh,
I want to ask from you and other professionals that is there any practical problem if we claim deduction u/s 80GG. Like reguler assessment, as a normal person, i do not wanna go for assessment. What i know, Income tax dept. do have some criteria for assessment, may deduction u/s 80 GG be one of the same. Clerify me practical aspect of the same. Thanx anyways
