hi guys,

i need ur help regarding these:Is anyone having information that the deduction u/s 80G will be starting from Rs.250?

No there is no such notification on this. Deduction u/s 80G can be any amount subject to conditions as mentioned in Section 80G. there is no minimum amount mentioned.
