If an indivisual paid donation in prime minister relief fund through his organisation, can he claim deduction u/s 80G?

Yes, if employee get a separate slip for donation made. But generally they don't get separate slip.
But employer can consider it while filing tds return or issuing form 16 to emplyee.
Yes they are eligible for deduction.
