12 February 2013The director of our co. has 1 HUF and 1 Charitable trust. While filing return of HUF it applied for deduction u/s 80G for the donation made to its charitable trust. But the department has disallowed it any specific reason for disallowing the same... please reply urgently.

If trust has valid 80 G registration certificate than you may challenge it in appeal.
since HUF AND DIRECTOR are different assessee in the eye of law though director has his own charitable trust.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
