We are reimbursing conveyance in excess of Rs 20K by cash, whether this is disallowed, even if we r paying FBT on this. pl. clarify

Yes, Sec 40A(3) will be attracted and it will be disallowed.

It is as good as payment of Expenses. Hence entire amount disallowed.
