if insurance premium is due as on 11/04/2013 and premium is paid in advance as on 26/12/2012, is it applicable for claim u/s 80c for FY 2012-13
and if yes policy premium is paid on half yearly basis, it means 3 times premium should be claimed?

You can claim the premium amt. upto 31.03.2013 and rest amt. to be climed futher a.y. or f.y.
