Can these allowance claimed as deduction on salary , the same not provided by the Company. If Yes whats the limit

1. Attire Allowance or Office Wear Allowance

2. Meal Coupon

3. Super Annuation

If the Company does not allow this in the Salary breakup, i don't think you can claim.

Rajeev,

if the company is giving you any allowance, only company can provide deduction from salary.....
