if your talking about tutions fees then it will be for there childrens not for them...

First of all income tax act, sec.80E provides deduction of payment of interest which is taken by the assessee for his or his family's higher education adn not of their fees.......and the expression 'higher education' is defined to be full time graduate or post graduate course in engineering, medicine and managment...............
hence deduction of fees as in ur case is not allowable as deduction........
