Is Tuition fee paid to IPCC Course & +1 Course eligible for Deduction under Income Tax act.
If eligible how to claim the deduction. if the tax payer is in the 1,61,000 to 2,50,000 bracket
how much tuition fee is eligible.

It is not a deduction of Chapter IV i.e section 80 C..

We are not paying any tuition fees to ICAI. We are paying Registration Fees and charges for Books.
Any fees paid to private institution not recognised is not allowed for deduction.
