Suppose a person expects receipt of 40 lacs in profession and he is planning to get his accounts audited u/s 44AB.
So whether he will be liable to deduct tax on rent paid 250000 for the year 2019-20.

No, if your case was not audited u/s. 44AB for FY 2018-19. i,e for AY 2019-20
