What is the Definition of Preventive Health Checkup for 80D (Not general, that I know)??
Eg. main beemar hua, Doctor ke pass gaya, Doctor ne bill diya 1000/- n medicine di 3500.. can i claim 4500 u/s 80D???
Sir Plzz Advise as a Tax Advisor & Not as Doctor...I want to adjust my tax liablity..But I want this answer as per Income Tax & Not as per Medical Law..

No, it will not be considered. Preventive Health checkup comprises of a comprehensive set of tests, which have been specially designed keeping our health needs in mind. it is a early detection of all types of illnesses and risk factors.
