Can we claim the same DEDUCTION which was earlier claimed in the original return while filling ITR U for A.Y. 2021-22?

Then 1000/- late fees is applicable under section 234F

Sir one last question, The file was Audited US - 44AB(e) for A.Y. 2021-22, Now we have to revise the Tax Audit Report then has to file the ITR U [us 139 (8A)]? Am i right sir?
