Deduction for service tax component u/s 80d?

I would like to know that whether service tax component paid on Health Insurance Premium is eligible for deduction U/s 80D.

I think it should be considered, since the total premium includes both basic premium + ST.

What's your opinion?

Please share if any supporting link or case law is there?
