Deduction for immobility problems

my mother had multiple suegeries due to which she has mobility issues. she is 84 years old and can move around only with help of wheel chair aided by caretaker. Her medicines including hygiene accessories totals up to 7000 per month, apart from high salary given to caretaker. she also has physiotherapist treatment administered to her. This adds up another 30000 to her medical expenses. We have also subscribed for monthly Doctor visits as she has sugar, bp issue. Is there any tax deductions she can avail for these expenses under any sections?
