my friend made mistake while he was making itr 2015.16 he wrongly entered and get the deduction 80c tution fees of self education the amount is 150000.
gross total income - 415000
deduction 80c - 150000
total income 265000
please tell me which type notice will come
Digital verification of ITR is not upto the mark, only defects apparent on records are noticed.
But in case the ITR is selected for scrutiny (for any other reason), you will get notice to produce all such evidences.
