Hi friends,
I have small doubt regarding deduction 80 DD,in that it was mentioned that deduction can be claimed upto 75000 if disability is 40%..deduction can be claimed upto 120000 if disability is 80%...my doubt here is on what basis we can know disability is 40% or 80%...please answer friends
