Deducaiton U/s 80C for AY 2012-013

All of the Senior, I have a Question about the deduction U/s 80C and Chapter V A  in TDS Calculation for the Assessment Year 2012-2013 . I can not guess the Actual deduction U/s 80C and Chapter VA.
