Dear Members,
What is the solution if Declaration of Intent to claim benefit under Chapter 3 Incentive Scheme (FMS) on Free Shipping Bill (i.e EP copy) not mentioned for FY 2014-15.
We had applied for FMS in respect to such we had received from DGFT(Mumbai) Deficiency Letter along with Free shipping bill copies :
"You are requested to submit declaration of intent as per para 3.11.8 from custom authorities with proper authentication"
As mentioned earlier we had not mentioned such declaration on it, So is there any solution to claim such benefit. Your precious advice would be of great help.
