We declare that the Company viz. ______________________________Private Limited or its directors shall not accept deposits unless it complies with the applicable provisions of Companies Act 2013, RBI Act, 1934 and SEBI Act 1992 along with any rules/directions/regulations made there under.
We further declare that every subscriber to the memorandum has paid the value of the shares agreed to be taken by him and the paid-up share capital of the company is not less than One Lakh rupees on the date of making of this declaration
