suppose I sold goods and now it has return and buyer isssued Debit note against me now we have to issue credit note also against that goods return

You can use both ref.no for the return...

Who can file first he ll use his ref no in the return. Other follow the same and ogive his ref no if ask the return...

who will file first than they use own ref no. and other party also use same ref. no.
