debit note upload Query

i am trying to upload debit note to portal but it showing error . even my actual invoice no. & date is proper . offline tool showing error & it not refleted on gst portal. total cr.note & dr. note is more than 950.

any one kindly guide me

You can feed details in csv template of CDN and upload
