21 October 2019Holding company paid Expenses on behalf of Subsidiary company for FY 18-19. And issued Debit Note to Subsidiary company with GST in the month of September 2019. But Subsidiary company not shown Debit Note in September 19 GST Returns.
Can Subsidiary company show Debit Note in the month October 2019 GST Returns??

Is it invoice or debit note??
If it is debit note and pertains to invoice of 18-19, then subsidiary company cannot avail ITC on such debit note.
It is better to issue GST Tax invoice (further i feel there will not be any invoice issued earlier in regards to this transaction)..
