Debit note should be provided as pure agent recipt

Hello experts and friends,

I have a small query that while filing a service tax return of clearing forwading agent or custom house agent ,the debit note issued by them of reimbursment of shipping line charges should be shown as Recipt under pure agent in service tax return or not?

Please Reply on urgent Basis
