Sir,
Is it necessary to put debit note in GSTR 1
if yes then how.

As per section 34 of the CGST act 2017 , Supplier has to issue Debit Note , Credit Note for the reasons given in the section 34 , accordingly , when supplier will issue debit note he has to show in table 9B of GSTR1 . check the portal.
