I have taken ITC on purchase in the month of March 2019, now return the goods in the month of April 2019, how to deal on GSTR 3B, whether to reverse it or claim less ITC in April month GSTR 3B.

- Yes... This is correct.
Less the Debit value (goods return) of Tax in Your April ITC value.
