(of course for the increase in the value of taxable supply as per section 34 of the CGST Act, 2017)...
Then Why itc not available Mr. Vishesh...?
If Increase value then ITC can be taken...

If having valid invoice then Itc can be taken as per Invoice...

Yes you can take credit of debit not uploaded by supplier
