can buyer given credit note to seller for purchase return ???

Buyer also generate but under GST only seller file in gstr 1

Seller only can raise debit note or credit note as per section 34 of CGST Act.

Sir,
Seller issue debit note , HOW TO KNOW IN BUYER'S LOGIN, COZ, BUYER CLAIMED DEBIT NOTE AS PURCHASE NOW DIFFERENCE IN GSTR 9, WHEN HE CHECKED WITH SELLER THEY REPLIED THEY ISSUED A DEBIT NOTE.PLEASE.
