If a person is death and his return has to be filed than what is the prosedure to do so??

if the person is deceased,his return should be filed and signed by his legal hier.
the name mentioned in the return should be XYZ,deceased

Filing of e-return by Legal Heir (LH) using DSC: Revised Process
This is regarding cases where the assessee has expired but a return has to be filed by LH using his DSC. Following process is suggested in above regard :
