THE ASSESSING OFFICER CAN DO NOTHING ON THE SPOT .
HE CAN ISSUE NOTICE UNDER SECTION 142 TO THE DEALER TO PRODUCE BOOKS OF
ACCOUNTS AND RETURN OF INCOME TAX FILED IF ANY , ON THE SPECIFIED DAY ....
