we are trying to e-file dealer return , while entering the duty amount whether to include cess 2+1% to included and passed on to buyers or only duty amount exluding cess to be entered.

example  :  Suppose duty is 1000 cess will be 30  , now while entering duty amt  should we take 1000 or 1030, whether uniformity  to be maintained while entering input and output duty!!

total duty 1030 should be mentioned in case of e filing

in case of manual filing, give breakup linewise as

cenvat 1000

E Cess 20

S&HSEC 10

total 1030
