Hello Sir/Mam,

if audit report was signed in month of July then when we need to file director report , form AOC 2 and MGT 9 .

what is due and last date of filling Aoc2 and MGT 9 and director report.?

AOC-4 to be submitted within 30 days of agm or last date when the AGM to be held as unadopted F/R ,AOC-2(Details OF RPT) +Director's Report ,Auditors Report shall be attached with this form
