Which date will be considered as date of registration of transfer in case of transfer made in a pvt. co.?

Date of registration of transfer in case of Pvt Co.?

The transfer deed in case of a pvt. limited company is valid only for 2 months from the date of stamping on it. Hence, it is to submitted within 2 months to the company. Thereafter, company will call board meeting and approve the transfer of shares. This date of BOD meeting will be treated as date of registration of transfer.
