i purchased goods from interstate. bill date - 29.3.18 , i received gooss on 3.4.18. suppliers has shown in gst return on date 28.9.18, but as per accounting rules, i entered on 3.4.18.
on what date i should enter that
Yes you have done right . As due to Gstr2 not get started the option of pending therein could not be selected .
But , Books such goods on 29.3.18 as Goods In Transit & book the purchase & claim ITC only on 3.4.18 (As per section 16)
