Logically it should be a date within 3 months from the date of first Board Meeting,as it is assume that the shares are generally allottes to subscribers in the first Board meeting

It should be within 3 months from the date of allotment, it means that if we are alloting shares in first board meeting i.e. within 30 days from incorporation, then period of three months starts from here.
