Anyone can tell me what is the application date of New Schedle -VI?
Is there any announcement from ICAI?......PLease help me......Whether it from 1-4-2011 or not?

Date of applicability of new schedule vi

It is applicable from the financial year 2011-12.
Applicable from 1st April 2011 i.e. FY 2011-2012. All companies have to prepare FS for year ending 31st March 2012 in Revised Schedule VI.
