Hi Lakshmikanth,
Well its individual preference whether u want to study continously for 8 hrs in 3 months time OR continuosly 2 hrs in 6 months. If u want to opt for latter option then u must consider following things:
1] do remember to revise what u have read on previous day. it will take five minutes of ur time.
2] chapter wise quick revision must ( i.e if u complete a chapter studying 2 hrs a day in 3 days then revise full chapter before taking up another chapter on fourth day)
3] Schedule ur preparation in such a way that u write papers for all the chapters individually. ( this will enable u to remember points). Do your self assessment for all the test papers. This willl give u an insight on how to write answer properly.)
4] Maintain CONTINUITY ( very imp in ur case since ur period of reading is spread over 6 months time, it may happen that what u hv studied in 1st month might get washed away in 5th month). Write chapter wise papers, self evaluate , high light imp formulas/ point in ur notes ( so that u can refer them by just flipping over the pages during the last revision)
5] Ur schedule should be such that ur studies comprises of 1 (reading) + 1 (thorough revision) + 1 (quick revision ).
I hope this will make ur study smooth. Happy reading.......................
