As per AS-26 Advertisement charges not to be capitalise .

But in my case i have expend some advertisement charges before lounching the product so in this case can advertisement charges capitalise ?

No, you can not capitalise the advertisement expenditure. It is a deffered revenue expenditure which can be writeen of for a period of five years
