Both are great finance courses. It would be better for you to browse the sites for cwa and cs and look in detail of the syllabus of both the courses. Once you go through the syllabus, you would be the best judge of which course to choose. Nothing is tough. With hardwork, determination and proper time management you can easily get through both the courses.

CS is theoritical than CWA. If you do well in theory then apply for CS otherwise for numerical and math type question you should apply for CWA.
