hiii i want to is ca final stud who has completed his practical traning is exempted from cwa traning or not....

and suppose if a cwa stud want to do job instead of practise ...den is there is any relaxation in that case

Relaxation regarding what? training?
Yes, you just give exams and don't do training. In order to practise you would need to enrol as member, which can be done only after 3 years training or work experience. You won't be able to use AICWA designation and won't be able to appear for CMA designation exams also.
Confirm this with council/ chapter.
