In CWA financial accounting, few (not ALL) Accounting standards are detailed. Whether questions will come only from those? OR ICMAI has choice to put questions on Any Acct Standard even if it is not there in its study notes..

In general they don't ask the questions out of the book. So whatever you have for reference, you may use it...
