Under Oral Scheme, you have to attend classes conducted by the Institute. It is similar to regular classroom training and hence there would be internal tests. You are not required to submit the CC / test papers. It is a preferred route for undergraduates and students.
Under postal scheme, there is no classes available with the institute. Therefore, you are required to submit Test papers under this scheme. This scheme is primarily meant for working professionals and daring graduates who think they can manage without coaching / with private coachings.
Hope this helps.
